Terms and Conditions

OWA Network and Data Solution · Effective July 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the internet service provided by OWA Network and Data Solution ("we", "us", "our") to the subscriber ("you"). By submitting an application, or by installing, activating, or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We provide fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) internet access at the address you register with us. Advertised speeds are the maximum attainable ("up to") and are delivered on a best-effort basis; actual speeds depend on your equipment, Wi-Fi conditions, network usage, and upstream capacity. Service is provided with no fixed-term contract and no lock-in period.

2. Installation and Fees

  • A one-time installation fee of ₱1,500 is payable on the day of installation. It covers the fibre-optic drop cable run to your premises and the modem/ONU.
  • Your monthly plan rate is billed separately. Your first monthly bill is due one month after service installation or activation.
  • Installation is subject to a technical feasibility check and to your address falling within our serviceable coverage area.

3. Equipment (Modem / ONU)

  • The modem/ONU supplied with your installation remains company-provided equipment furnished for your use of the service; the installation fee covers its provision.
  • If the unit becomes defective or damaged, we will replace it at no charge upon surrender of the damaged unit. Replacement is not issued until the original unit is returned to us.
  • You are responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse, tampering, unauthorised repair, or electrical surges, and for any resulting replacement cost. Do not open, relocate, or reconfigure the unit without our guidance.

4. Billing and Payment

  • Monthly service is billed in advance. Bills are due on the date stated on your invoice.
  • Non-payment may result in temporary suspension of your connection and, if unresolved, disconnection. Reconnection may require settlement of outstanding balances.
  • Fees and plan rates may change with prior notice.

5. No Lock-in; Cancellation

There is no contract or lock-in period. You may cancel the service at any time by notifying us. Outstanding balances at the time of cancellation remain payable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • violate any law of the Republic of the Philippines or the rights of others;
  • resell, redistribute, or share the service beyond your registered premises without our consent;
  • send spam, distribute malware, or engage in network abuse, intrusion, or fraud; or
  • interfere with the integrity or performance of our network or that of other subscribers.

7. Service Availability

Availability, coverage, and performance are subject to our Service Availability Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, delays, or degradation, including those caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Data Privacy Notice.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
